I have 38 years of experience as a hairdresser and 28 years of experience as a massage therapist. I graduated from the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts for massage therapy and am a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am very passionate about helping people feel their very best. I live in Hampton, NH, have 3 amazing children, and many grand fur babies.
